October New Feature- Automated Hand Back Calls Report

We are excited to announce a fantastic new automated report that shows any calls staff have handed back in any given period. This is useful if you want to track why a staff member may be down on hours over a week or month. When using the bulk actions to reassign/unassign calls you have a new checkbox called "mark as hand back" If you check this box when using this bulk action, the details of the call at that moment will be saved. Under reports there is a new report that allows you to track just how many calls staff are handing back.
