November New Feature- Customer and Family Support Tickets

Support Tickets- New Feature Due to popular demand we have now rolled out a Support Ticket system for customers and family. You can now create a support ticket within the system for managing customer/family enquiries. This can be found in the top right-hand side of the header and will indicate the amount of tickets awaiting your response.  Support  tickets have also been added to the new family login so that family members and clients can raise support tickets with you automatically without the need to contact someone in the office. This can then be responded to by staff in the office whenever is convenient. We hope that this will assist our clients in managing clients accounts efficiently and effectively, improving communication and helping them meet their CQC KLOEs.  OnePlan is an innovative, intuitive system designed with care providers for care providers to meet and surpass CQC KLOEs. Family Login - Updated Feature This past couple of months our development team have been working hard behind the scenes giving our Family Login a massive overhaul. Family can now see more information than ever, all completely configurable by you within the family options in the settings menu. You can now give family members the ability to see the following: Rota Notes Times On Calls Meds Taken Client Profile Client Public Notes Client Incidents We forsee that this update will help our domiciliary care clients communicate effectively with clients family members/next of kin regarding their loved ones day to day care, updating them in real time and most importantly ensuring peace of mind. Family can now login whenever they like and view the status of their loved ones latest visit, how they were, what care/support was provided and any issues they need to be aware of. A Smooth Finish to Fundraising Week

Following a week of fundraising for Bone Cancer Research Trusts Bake Off, for which OnePlans Sue (Director) won the first ever Star Baker, the OnePlan team got together to finish off the week in style. Chris, Dennis, Nathan and Rick bravely agreed to take part in a sponsored leg wax in a final push to raise funds and awareness for Bone Cancer Research Trust. All four managed to stick it out to the end, taking the Adam Panther Tribute Fund to a total of  £15,212.50 to finish the week.  Over the years Sue, Chris and the OnePlan team have done Charity events, raffles, sponsored walks and cake sales and would appreciate any help you can give all of us with any events or donations as we continue in our mission to raise vital funds and awareness.
