October New Feature- Lancashire KPI

 

Our clients in Lancashire brought to our attention the need to run monthly KPI reports for Lancashire Council. Our dedicated development team have worked hard to build this in to the OnePlan system so that our Lancashire based clients can do this through the OnePlan system, saving them valuable time. To set this feature up first you must go to Settings > Rota Settings and turn on Enable Lancashire Report. After this if you go to the all clients page you may bow run a new bulk action called assign to lot. Each client that falls under the councils KPI must be assigned a lot. Once you have assigned all the relevant clients, if you go to all reports you will see the new Lancashire KPI report.
