OnePlan would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of our team, Connor, in the role of Technical Support/Account Manager.   Connor is an excellent addition to our team, having an extensive background and varied experience within the care industry. Connors passion for care quickly saw him progress to Team Leader in his first care role, before going on to manage several supported living services and outreach clients for over 4 years. Most recently, Connor has added to this wealth of experience in his role as Registered Manager of an Extra Care scheme, managing an over 55s retirement complex.   Additionally, Connor has been an active member of the Local Authority Care panel, overseeing allocations and policy changes alongside other registered managers.   “I have become a technical support/account manager at OnePlan. £206.25 Raised Step Up for Bone Cancer Challenge

Well done to our Director Sue Newsome, who has completed the Bone Cancer Research Trusts 'Step Up for Bone Cancer Challenge'. Sue completed over 52,000 steps over the weekend of June 27th, successfully raising £206.25. To date  Chris and Sue's have raised over £15,500.00 in memory of their son  Adam Panther who sadly passed away after a brave battle with bone cancer. Service Measures Update Regarding COVID-19

We at OnePlan would like to assure our clients that we have robust Business Continuity measures in place to ensure your service remains secure and support remains available over the coming weeks. Our Technical Support Team are now working remotely from home with full access to OnePlan systems. OnePlan and our customer service and helplines remain open as usual for you and your care workers. We are aware there has been intermittent mobile network phone coverage nationwide due to demand on service, therefore you may have experienced signal disruption today. We are monitoring this closely. Please can you advise your care workers they may have intermittent service however the OnePlan App will store and send any call information entered as soon as signal resumes.  We appreciate this may be a difficult time for our clients and their staff, therefore we have extended our emergency on-call support hours to include 7am- 9am and 5pm-9pm on weekdays.  We have made updates to our licens
